How to Teach Your Horse to Jump

So you want to jump your horse? Well you came to the right place. To teach your horse to jump start with a pole on the ground and walk over it, then trot, and then canter (make sure to stay on the correct leads in the canter). After that raise it up to a foot then repeat those three gaits. I know this sounds simple but it will take up to year or more to get the basics of jumping down. Keep raising your jump till you get to the horses jumping height limit. Fortune's jumping limit is 3 feet but some horses can jump 7 feet.
